Out of this World Restaurants was created in 2007 by Chef Roberto Treviņo and Francisco De Juan. Both De Juan and Treviņo have been in the industry since their youth. De Juan a third generation restauranteur with more than 20 years experience in front of the house and administration and Treviņo responsible for opening and developing countless restaurants throughout the country.
Out of this World Restaurants opened Budatai in late 2007 to critical acclaim,
Bar Gitano in 2010 & their latest project El Barril in early 2011.
The company that started out from humble beginnings is now responsible for a team of over 100 employees including management, cooks and complimentary staff.
Out of this World! is negotiating to expand to both mainland U.S. and Spain.
